Submission

  • If approved, edits will typically be made within five business days. If an edit requires more time, the Office of Communications will convey this information to the requestor.
  • Rejected requests will be communicated to the requestor. 
  • If necessary, the Office of Communications will request additional information or clarification.
  • Requests by any means other than the form will not be considered valid unless they originate from within the Web Management Board.
  • Requests with insufficient guidance/context will prompt an email or call from the Office of Communications for clarification and will delay a timely update.

By submitting this form, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the following:

  • The Office of Communications will respond to training requests within five business days. Final training dates will vary depending on your availability and overall demand for training sessions.
  • Training sessions last approximately one hour and forty-five minutes. You agree that your access to the Drupal backend is contingent upon completion of the entire training.
  • You will receive login credentials for the Drupal backend and be added to the Pitzer Web Editor Community once you have completed training.
  • As a web editor, you agree to assist the Office of Communications in promptly remediating issues with web properties as requested.
